George Washington on Leadership; A character study on, what lies within

This presentation will be a workshop format. After my remarks on Washington, we will form groups where we attempt to examine those traits that lie within the character and mind of George Washington. Groups will report back to the entire audience on examples which examine Washington’s selfless and servant leadership, his psychological hardiness under great duress, and his deferral to others who had enormous – often complimentary talents - that he did not possess.
