As a sponsor your organization will receive positive publicity from media campaigns and all promotions for this event.

GIFTS IN KIND SPONSORSHIPS

  • We also welcome gifts in kind contributions, such as merchandise certificates or gift cards, services in support of the conference, as well as some types of merchandise if useful to our attendees or the operation of the conference.

The preferred method for receiving completed digital ad art-work is as a high quality (300dpi minimum), press ready PDF file.

  • Ensure all fonts have been embedded and all color has been converted to CMYK.
  • Other acceptable file formats for digital files include high quality EPS, TIF, and JPG.
  • All file formats should be compatible with the following software whenever possible: Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat).

Club Sponsorship

In order to facilitate conferences District 54 Toastmasters relies heavily on community and club sponsorships and other fund-raising events.

Therefore, we are asking clubs to help support these efforts in at least one of the following ways:

  • Donate a basket with a value of $24.99 or less for a raffle: 1/2 proceeds for each raffled basket will go to the district and 1/2 will be split between all clubs donating baskets. Tickets will be sold $1 each or 6 for $5.
  • Donate a basket with a value of $25.00 or more for a silent auction: 1/2 proceeds for each auctioned basket will go to the district and the other 1/2 will go to the club that donates the basket.
  • Support the conference, by putting an Ad in program booklet.
