Club Basket Raffles
Basket Silent Auction
If your club is providing a basket with a value of $25.00 or more it will be part of the Silent Auction. The amount the basket sells for will be split 50% to the club & 50% to the district. Please submit a photo of your completed basket to be posted on the Conference website no later than Nov 1st. This can be emailed to Sherriscott09@comcast.net. Please send the name of the club providing the basket, the contact information for payment following the auction and also include a brief description & the value of the basket.
If your club is providing a basket with a value of $24.99 or less it will be included in a Raffle. Tickets will be sold $1 each or 6 for $5. The total collected from the tickets sold will be split 50% to the district and the other 50% will be split evenly between the clubs providing baskets to the raffle. Please let Sherri DeLeonardis know if you are providing a basket for the raffle. Please include Club name, Contact information for payment following the raffle and include a brief description & the value of the basket. SherriScott09@comcast.net
We are having a puzzle created from our Conference Flyer. This puzzle will be in the Hospitality Room for people to work on during breaks. We will be selling raffle tickets for the puzzle as well. $1 each or 6 for $5. The funds raised will go to the District and the winner will get to keep the Puzzle.
There will be two 50/50 Raffles, one Friday evening & one Saturday all day.
Friday evening tickets 1 for $3 or 2 for $5. There are a limited number of tickets for this 50/50 drawing. The winner will be drawn during the Entertainment portion of the evening.
Saturday tickets will be $1 each or $5 for 6. Winner will be drawn during the Humorous Speech Contest.
